Privacy Notice
Effective November 3, 2026
This notice explains what information BodyShop Marketing LLC (“BodyShop Marketing,” “we,” “us”) collects through The BodyShop Leaders Podcast website at thebodyshopleaderspodcast.io, and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you send through the Be a Guest form: your name, email, phone number (optional), shop or company, role, city and state, what your message is about and the message itself.
- Usage statistics: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages and episodes people visit, where visitors come from, clicks to podcast apps, searches on the episodes page and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser information.
- Advertising cookies: the site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta that your browser visited the site and whether you sent the Be a Guest form. It does not receive your name, email, phone number or message from us.
- Video and audio players: episode pages embed YouTube videos and the Buzzsprout audio player. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once a player loads, YouTube or Buzzsprout may collect information under their own policies.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser information when you visit.
How we use it
- To review guest applications and recommendations, and to reply to your message.
- To contact you about appearing on the show or about your question.
- To improve the website and understand which episodes people find useful.
- To show BodyShop Marketing ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the site, and to measure those ads.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site for us:
- GoHighLevel, our customer management system, stores form submissions and notifies our team by email.
- Google (Google Analytics) receives the usage statistics described above, which it uses under its own privacy policy.
- Meta receives the pixel data described above, which it uses under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube and Buzzsprout provide the video and audio players.
- Vercel hosts the website.
Your choices
- You can listen to and watch every episode without giving us any personal information.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@bodyshopmarketing.io.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as they are useful for following up with you about the show, or until you ask us to delete them.
Children
This site is meant for people in the collision repair industry. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. Questions? Email hello@bodyshopmarketing.io.
